Status. The intake path is inert in the Alpha and activates at V1. Every control on this screen is live now, persists in this browser, and carries over unchanged when the gateway turns on.

Fixed and public by design: the address holds nothing personal and nothing secret, so there is nothing to leak if it ends up in a sent folder. Who you are comes entirely from the sender: mail is accepted only when it is provably from you. Anything else is rejected and deleted immediately, never stored.

Sender. Only you. Mail to me@agnostra.com is accepted only from your own verified sign-in address; it enrolls automatically when you sign in. Mail from anyone else never enters.
Sign-in identifiers. Paste the two client identifiers and sign-in and calendar go live for everyone, with no other change to the app.
The app asks for exactly three permissions: your name, your address, and your calendar events. Nothing outside the approved grant is ever requested, because one extra permission would cost the app its verification and cap it at a hundred people.
Behavior, bound at V1. Forward an email with an instruction and I do the task and reply to you. One email thread is one room. While it is being worked it lives in Ongoing tasks; when it is done it lives in Mail History, never the regular History, and the email itself is filed in your document library, instantly searchable like any document. Every reply goes only to you, never onward to anyone else. Automatic replies such as out-of-office never trigger tasks. A failed task still comes back with an honest note; nothing is silently lost. Attachments are read, never run.
